Hello,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little more about Coby Performance.
My name is Dr. Jordan Coby, and I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in Washington state. I have spent the last 10 years coaching, personal training, and helping people improve their strength, movement, and overall quality of life — both in person and remotely.
Coby Performance was built around one main mission:
Helping people live life without compromise.
I specialize in orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, return to sport and activity, strength development, and improving long-term performance. I currently work with a wide range of people, including older adults, firefighters, runners, avid gym-goers, people brand new to exercise, professors, and people who simply want to stay active and feel better in everyday life.
My approach is centered around treating the person, not just the symptoms.
Every client has a different story, different goals, and different starting point. That is why care should not be one-size-fits-all. At Coby Performance, the focus is on understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and building a personalized plan to help you get there.
Depending on your goals, that plan may include improving movement quality, building strength, increasing mobility, addressing lifestyle factors, and using manual techniques when appropriate.
I currently work out of a small, private clinic based out of my home, which allows me to provide a more personal and individualized experience.
About the Practice
-
Coby Performance offers out-of-network physical therapy services, also known as cash-pay physical therapy. Clients may use HSA funds, and superbills can be provided upon request.
-
I also offer concierge-style monthly exercise programming for clients who want guidance outside of the clinic. This helps take the guesswork out of what to do between visits and gives clients a more structured way to keep making progress.
Over the years, I have worked with clients who have become pain-free, increased strength and muscle mass, improved bone density, reduced the need for certain medications, improved cardiac health, and regained confidence in their ability to move and stay active.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, trying to return to activity, looking to build strength, or simply wanting to feel better and move with more confidence, I would love to connect.
